Delivery & Carriage

We will always endeavour to ship goods in the shortest possible time but would advise that you should generally allow a minimum of 2-3 business days from date of order. If items are out of stock, then delivery will be subject to whatever lead time is applied by our suppliers and in some cases where goods are sourced from outside the UK this could extend this time even further. All goods shipped from our premises for UK and Europe are sent via DPD and tracking information is available should it be required. For DPD, once tracking info has been advised the status may be checked via the following link to the DPD website Track Your shipment When ordering goods please ensure that you give us a mobile number or e-mail address and DPD will use this to advise you of the expected 1 hr delivery window. If this is not convenient you may reschedule via their website. In order to expedite delivery we may on occasions arrange for goods to be shipped direct from our suppliers in which case tracking information may be delayed.

Our standard charge for mainland UK deliveries up to 30kg in weight is £8.95 + VAT though this is subject to change dependent upon destination, weight & size. Deliveries to remote parts of the country (e.g. parts of Scottish mainland and the islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) are subject to extended delivery leadtimes and unfortunately enhanced carriage costs which are beyond our control.  Details and VAT are as follows for these parcels - you will be notified if your parcel falls into this category upon our receipt of web order.

Postcode Price Area AB30 - AB35, AB41 - AB54, EI, FK17 - FK21, G83,HS1 - HS9, IM, IV, KA27 - KA28, KW, PA20 - PA99, PH15 - PH99, TR21 - TR25, ZE, BT, JE, GY, and Southern Ireland all £14.95.   Carriage for deliveries outside of UK will be notified during the quotation phase.

In all cases it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that goods are inspected before signing the carrier's delivery acceptance and where necessary, that document must be annotated with any defects noted. If this is not practical, then the delivery confirmation must be signed as "unchecked" at the very least. Should defects or unchecked status not be noted, then the carrier will assume that the goods were delivered in good order and they may not entertain any subsequent claim against them.
