The Bakbar ovens are economical and are available in either gas or electric. They have a roasting timer which enables you to leave a product to cook for up to 3 hours and they also have water injection for making perfect bread. The ovens are very popular as a unit in the front shop as they have a full view window to show  customers that you are baking all day.
