We understand that the ordering of bespoke heating elements can be a confusing process so we try to make it as simple as possible. Normally all we need is a simple sketch faxed through to us with some dimensions, wattage, voltage and the type of end terminals needed. We can then quickly provide you with a quote and hopefully proceed with your order. In the case of very unusual elements sometimes a sample of the existing element may be required to find a suitable match. Either way we will ensure that this will be done with the minimum delay.
