Broasting combines pressure cooking and deep frying concepts. In 1954 The Broaster Company was formed producing pressure fryers for commercial use. This has now been extended to a range of cooking machines the Clark Broiler, a countertop plug-in electric unit.

Broaster has now celebrated it 50th anniversary in the foodservice industry.
