EmberGlo is a division of Midco International created in 1953 after manufacturing a charcoal free gas fired broiler, initially designed for a famous Chicago restaurant called Black Hawk Restaurant.

Since its inception EmberGlo has grown to produce not only gas and electric broilers but also a a range of heavy-duty food steamers and commercial kitchen accessories. EmberGlo spares are readily available.
