Having tried several commercial catering parts suppliers to obtain an Elframo part, I finally approached A.S. Catering Supplies, (The problem - I didn't have the machine model number as the rating plate was missing). Whilst it seemed I had a better chance of finding a "snowball in hell" from other suppliers, A.S Catering dealt with this enquiry in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and within a week of my request the part was supplied and on my desk ready to be fitted.

Being a service engineer on a remote, tourist heavy Scottish Island I rely heavily on mainland suppliers and will have no hesitation in making A.S .Catering my first port of call for any commercial spares requirements in the future.
